Wow! Great customer service!!! I?m a Realtor and we found squirrels in an attic at our final walk. Frantic, because it was the day after Christmas, I called (not anywhere close to being hopeful in receiving a call back) and to my gleeful surprise, they called back within the hour. They were able to come out same day to inspect. Once they arrived in the time window they promised, they moved forward with the traps right then and there. It was so efficient and so seamless. I was incredibly thankful for their responsiveness- because of them- closing was not delayed and they have two very happy buyers/sellers. Thank you Critter Control!!! And especially Brian and Jett!
Critter Control responded quickly to my call for help with squirrel(s) in my attic. The hole was quickly spotted; traps were set on the roof to catch any in or around the attic; the hole was then temporarily patched. They returned to seal the hole and seal the chimney caps louvres and other vents. I am pleased with the work.
Jett was an awesome guy always showed up on time , checked on us through out the week and was very professional and respectful. Would definitely use this company again.

We had raccoons disrupting our chicken coop and I called critter control they answered and came out that day set traps each night for a week came same time each day and removed A total of 4 raccoons by end of week from our yard. I highly recommend Using them!

We called Bryan when two baby raccoons fell through the ceiling of a bedroom. The hole that the raccoon had made in the roof allowed enough rain in to soak the sheetrock and the babies fell through. It was after hours on a Wednesday night. When we told Brian that we had two babies he asked us if we had a trap. He recommended that since he couldn?t get there until the next day, if we put the babies in a trap we would probably catch the mother that night. We went and bought a trap at Tractor Supply. Well, we didn?t catch her that night because the baby tripped the trap and she couldn?t get in. We reset the trap and made sure that the baby couldn?t trip it and set it out again the next night. When I checked the trap the next morning there was momma with the baby and the baby was nursing. I put the other baby in with his mom and sibling and took them out to the country and released them. Thanks to Brian for helping us so much when we so flustered.

Promptly responded to my call reporting bats in my house. Gave me helpful information about what was needed. Came on time, eased my bat panic, sealed the holes bats and other animals could use. Professional and courteous.

Within 15 minutes after I called Critter Control, Brian was on the scene, and he set a rooftop trap for the squirrel that was making a racket in my crawl space, right above my bedroom. Throughout the next two weeks, Brian and Jet sealed up the points of entry, and I am delighted with their work. I'm counting on no more mice and squirrels in the crawl space.
Jett did a great job, first getting one squirrel that had been hanging out in the eaves above the attic, and then coming back when a second one moved in. When he couldn't catch them using traps inside, he set traps outside (no-kill traps), figuring out where they came in, finding the small holes, then patching the holes when he found them. Would highly recommend.
